You can receive a refund or opt for a gift card refund (+15% bonus). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns should be made using a tracked shipping method.

If you select a refund to the Original Payment Method, the funds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account after processing.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or model, you need to return your original item for a refund and then place a new order. Please note that returns are subject to the 14-day return policy, and shipping costs for the returned item are your responsibility.

Are returns free?

Returns are not free. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. This depends on the carrier you choose and the country from which the return is made. Additionally, if there are any customs duties or import taxes for exchanges, these are also the responsibility of the customer. We advise using a tracked shipping service to avoid complications.
